  • What is our return policy?
    We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have an amazing shopping experience with us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 5 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and jewelry pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way. If any ordered items are damaged contact us immediately for assistance within 2-5 days after receiving the product. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.
  • Can I change delivery address once order is confirmed?
    This can be done by sending us an email with your order number and new delivery address one day prior to delivery date. This cannot be changed on the day of delivery as the schedule is planned in advance to ensure all deliveries get done on time.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    'Wire transfers' and 'Cash on Delivery" Payments can be made via wire transfer to the account number listed. Please mention order number in the bank transfer memo section. Respond to our email order confirmation with a copy of the transfer receipt. WIB USD Account 800663706 or IBAN FR7616598000012102175000122 with BIC FPELFR21 for EURO. If you'd like to pay cash, please write "cash payment" on the "add note" section below products in your cart and we will contact you for further instructions. We are currently working hard on adding more payment options. Coming soon is Paypal.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    Unpaid orders can be cancelled. Please reply on our order confirmation email with your cancellation. Once an order is paid, the sale is final.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of St. Maarten. We hope to start this service soon! Let us know where you are located so we can work on adding your location to our list of locations.
